Trail Run Training Program- Rock Runners


The Rock Runners Trail Training Program is designed get you out and in the trails and exploring all our area has to offer.

This program will incorporate road, grass, rocks and trails throughout group training runs meeting twice a week. Along the way we’ll provide you with motivation to keep you moving, guidance and advice, weekly group training runs, free cross training options and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. Plus, you’ll have the camaraderie of others just like you!

Informational Night: Tuesday, January 28th

5:30 pm at Fleet Feet 

 Come meet the coaches and other participants and learn more information about what our detailed training program has to offer. 

Program Dates: February 4th- April 18th

Group Training Runs:Tuesday 5:30pm and Saturday 7:30am

with homework and several free cross training options in between

Finish off the program with us at our goal race: 

Allerton Trail 10K 

 or a  trail race of your choice. 

How much does this program cost? 

$99 (not including race entry fee).

As part of the ROCK RUNNERS TRAIL PROGRAM, participants will receive the following

  • Winter/Spring weekly program including free cross training options throughout 
  • Training plan and calendar with workouts provided to you.
  • Dedicated support and individual attention from your Coach and Mentors. 
  • 2 Group training sessions per week
  • Additional free run runs weekly  .
  • Opportunity to earn Technical tee.
  • Informational clinics on topics such as proper footwear, injury prevention, and nutrition.
  • Gear Up shopping night for participants including special discounts.
  • Potluck celebration
  • Accountability for your participation from your Coach.
  • The camaraderie of others like you with the same goal!
