Let us help you further your training with our Sunday Yoga sessions. Yoga is a wonderful compliment to your physical activity routine. It is a great workout for flexibility, balance and strength.This 60 minute workout will be mildly vigorous and designed to help strengthen and shape the body while simultaneously connecting breath with movement in an effort to restore balance.

What to expect: This yoga class is taught by Abi McIntosh and is intended to take you through recovery techniques and help expand cross training options. You will learn various poses and modifications to help with strength training, balance, flexibility and muscle recovery.
Please bring your own yoga mat (and blocks if you prefer to use them)
