Our NO BOUNDARIES 5K INTERMEDIATE TRAINING PROGRAM is designed to help you cross the finish line in your fasted time yet.
Whether you just completed your first 5k or have numerous years of racing under your belt, No Boundaries Intermediate is right for you. No Boundaries Intermediate incorporates our new No Boundaries 1.5 training program and our well known No Boundaries II training program. This is a follow up program for No Boundaries I or a speed training program for those who have completed a recent 5k. The Intermediate group will focus on pace and from- to ensure we reach the finish line as stronger healthier runners. We introduce different components of training that will help build speed and strength. Often our weeknight workouts will include speed or interval training, strength training or hill repeats and our weekend runs will work on pace and distance. This program was created for the newest 5K finisher to the most seasoned.

Program Dates: June 15th- August 19th
Group Runs: Thursdays and Sundays
Training will take place on Thursday evenings at 5:30 pm and Sunday mornings at 7:30 am with "homework" in between
