Full Marathon Training Program

You can do 26.2! The Full Marathon Training Program is a 12 week program designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal.  The program includes a training plan designed by experienced coaches, group runs twice weekly, a technical t-shirt, free nutrition products and prizes weekly throughout the season. Each participant should be able to run or mostly run (at any pace) 8 miles before starting this program.

You don’t have to do a 20 mile training run alone -Fleet Feet is here for you!

As part of the FULL MARATHON TRAINING PROGRAM, participants will receive the following

  • 12-16 week program including free cross training options throughout 
  • Training plan and calendar with workouts provided to you.
  • Dedicated support and individual attention from your Coach and Leaders. 
  • 2 Group training sessions per week
  • Nutrition nights and several sample product throughout the program. 
  • Weekly prize giveaways and raffles.
  • Additional free run runs weekly  .
  • Opportunity to earn Technical tee.
  • Informational clinics on topics such as proper footwear, injury prevention, and nutrition.
  • Gear Up shopping night for participants including special discounts.
  • Halfway potluck celebration
  • Accountability for your participation from your Coach.
  • The camaraderie of others like you with the same goal!

Description: Our full marathon program includes a 12 week training plan designed by experienced coaches. This program will will offer many extras including nutrition clinics and samples, cross training events, guided weekly runs and more. (If you are looking to build up base mileage in preparation for this program- work on building mileage up to 8 mile long runs, before the program starts)
