You can do 26.2! The Full Marathon Training Program is a 12 week program designed to prepare runners for their first ever endurance event or to help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. The program includes a training plan designed by experienced coaches, group runs twice weekly, a technical t-shirt, free nutrition products and prizes weekly throughout the season. Each participant should be able to run or mostly run (at any pace) 8 miles before starting this program.

Come meet the coaches and other participants and learn more information about what our detailed training program has to offer.

Group Runs:
Tuesdays 5:30 pm and Saturdays 6:30 am
with homework and several free cross training options in between
Finish off the program with us at our goal race: Illinois Marathon
or a spring goal race of your choice.

This program will will offer many extras including nutrition clinics and samples, cross training events, guided weekly runs and more. (If you are looking to build up base mileage in preparation for this program- work on building mileage up to 8 mile long runs, before the program starts)
