Extreme Cross Training



Are you looking for a fun program to enhance your running? New ways to spice up your cross training routine?  Try Fleet Feet Sports Extreme Cross Training.  This program is a great addition to our fall running programs or for someone looking to switch up their cross training routine one night a week. This class incorporates different types of cardio and strength training activities to help enhance your overall fitness and running performance and includes dedicated nutrition focus.
