Extreme Running



Are you looking for a fun program to enhance your running? New ways to spice up your running routine?  Try Fleet Feet Sports Extreme Running Program!  This program incorporates running with various types of cardio and strength training activities to help enhance your overall fitness and running performance. 

Program Dates: May 1st- June 5th

1 hour Coached Workouts: Tuesdays at 5:30 pm and Saturdays at 7:30 am

Cost: Introductory fee of $35

  • 5 week running/cross training plan and calendar with suggested workouts provided for you
