Program Schedule: Wednesdays 5:30 pm and Sundays 7:30 am
Goal Race: Run United 5K
Program Fee: $75 excluding race fee
Description: Want to finish a 5k, but don't know where to start. This is the program for you. All abilities are welcome.

Program Start: June 19th-August 24th
Program Schedule: 5:30 pm Wednesdays and 7:30 am Saturdays
Goal Race: Run United 5K
Program Fee: $75 excludes race fee
Description: Whether you just completed your first 5k or have numerous years of racing under your belt, our 5K Intermediate is right for you. 5K Intermediate Training incorporates speed and distance training to help you crush your 5k goals in the fasted time yet.

Program Start: August 29-November 9th
Program Schedule: Thursdays at 5:30 pm and Sundays at 7:30 am
Goal Race: Indianapolis Monumental Half Marathon
Program Fee: $99 excludes race fee
Description: Our Half Marathon Training Program is designed to prepare runners for their first ever half marathon or help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. Our dedicated Coaches and Mentors will train with you each step of the way. Several clinics, guest speakers, demo runs, nutrition information and cross training options are included. Train with us!

Full Marathon Training Program More Info »

Program Fee: $125 excludes race fee
Description: Our full marathon program includes a 12 week training plan designed by experienced coaches. This program will will offer many extras including nutrition clinics and samples, cross training events, guided weekly runs and more. (If you are looking to build up base mileage in preparation for this program- work on building mileage up to 8 mile long runs, before the program starts)

Trail Run Training Program- Rock Runners More Info »

Program Start: August 29- October 12
Program Schedule: Thursdays at 5:30 pm and Sundays at 7:30 am
Goal Race: 2019 Sandcreek Trail Run
Program Fee: Introductory special of $65
Description: Get geared up and ready to go for our first trail run program. This 6 week program will incorporate road, grass, rocks and trails throughout group training runs meeting twice a week and is designed to get you to the finish line of a local trail race. 2019 fall program will offer a 4 and 7 mile distance program. Guest speakers, fun runs, demo products, and more. Train with us!

Extreme Running More Info »

Program Fee: $75
Description: This program will offer cross training and long runs. Each cross training session incorporates different types of cardio and strength training activities to help enhance your overall fitness and running performance. The program will also offer group long runs focusing on keeping active through the winter and building up to an 8 mile distance with us!
