Program Schedule: Tuesdays 5:30 pm and Saturdays 7:30 am
Goal Race: Suggested group race 2018 Turkey Trot
Program Fee: $75 excluding race fee
Description: Designed exclusively for walkers of all fitness levels and abilities. Move at your own pace and focus on your success while training to complete a 5K.

5K Beginner Training More Info »

Goal Race: Suggested group race 2018 Turkey Trot
Program Fee: $75 excluding race fee
Description: Want to finish a 5k, but don't know where to start. This is the program for you. All abilities are welcome.

5K Intermediate Training More Info »

Goal Race: Suggested group race 2018 Turkey Trot
Program Fee: $75 excludes race fee
Description: Whether you just completed your first 5k or have numerous years of racing under your belt, our 5K Intermediate is right for you. 5K Intermediate Training incorporates speed and distance training to help you crush your 5k goals in the fasted time yet.

Description: Our Half Marathon Training Program is designed to prepare runners for their first ever half marathon or help seasoned runners meet a new performance goal. Train with us!

Extreme Cross Training More Info »

Program Start: September 13th
Program Schedule: Thursdays at 5:30 pm
Program Fee: $25
Description: Cardio and short strength training exercises to enhance your running performance. This is a great addition to our running programs or perfect for someone looking to add cross training into their routine.

3rd Sunday Recovery Yoga More Info »

Program Start: May-August
Program Schedule: 5/20, 6/17, 7/15, & 8/19
Program Fee: $5 drop in fee per class
Description: 60 min yoga class focusing on strength training, balance, flexibility and recovery. Please bring yoga mat. Class is limited to 25 participants. Must pre register. Summer session will be held outdoor weather permitting.
