What is Yoga Sculpt?
Warm up the body with sun salutations and then dive into a HIIT workout for 23 minutes. Each unique round is designed to work the entire body with strategic breaks built in for stretching and brief rest. This class can be intense for those that crave intensity, but also can be modified as needed to accommodate any fitness level. We end our cardio interval workout with a yoga cool down and a traditional savasana for 3-5 rest at the end of practice. Please note: Music during class may contain profanity
$10 and pay at the door. Arrive a few minutes early, bring a yoga mat and towel.
