Pilates for Runners

The Decatur YMCA will offer a FREE 1 hour Pilates for Runners class at Fleet Feet Sports.
This class is designed for all levels of runners and walkers and will focus on running/walking specific stretches and movement.
There will be a limited number of yoga/pilates mats available, please bring yours.
Space is limited.
